This Privacy Policy explains how Kvantus Solutions d.o.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit our website or use our contact form. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

2. What personal data we collect

Website visitors

When you browse our website, we may automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, mainly through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Candidates / jobseekers (via the contact form)

If you contact us as a person seeking employment, we may collect: your name, email address, telephone number, and any professional information you choose to share with us (for example your work experience, qualifications, current position, desired role, availability, or the content of your CV).

Employers (via the contact form)

If you contact us as an employer, we may collect: the contact person’s name, email address, telephone number, company name and details, and information about the roles or staffing needs you would like us to assist with.

Please do not submit special categories of data (such as health, religion, or trade-union membership) through the form unless we specifically ask for it and you give explicit consent.

3. Why we process your data and our legal basis

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only where necessary, and with appropriate safeguards:

  • Prospective employers – with your consent, we share relevant candidate information with employers who may have suitable opportunities.
  • Candidates – where you are an employer, we share relevant candidate information with you so you can assess suitability.
  • Service providers (processors) – such as our website hosting provider, email provider and IT support, who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. 
  • Authorities – where we are required to disclose data by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

We aim to keep your personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If any service provider processes data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses). 

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. In particular, we retain candidate and employer contact data for 12 months after our last meaningful contact with you, or until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Data required for legal or accounting reasons is kept for the periods required by law.

7. How we protect your data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including access controls and secure storage.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format);
  • withdraw consent at any time.

9. Right to lodge a complaint
